How long will my custom order take?

Standard turnaround is about one week. Rush orders may be available for an additional $10-$20; ask about current availability when you submit your order.

How much does custom embroidery cost?

Pricing depends on the item and design. Current starting prices include embroidered T-shirts from $32, sweatshirts from $45, hats and beanies from $20, and name embroidery from $15. Review the Pricing page for the full list.

Why might my final price differ from the starting price?

Final pricing may vary based on design size, stitch count, garment selection, added placements, or rush timing. Custom logos may also require a one-time $15-$35 digitizing fee. You will receive a final total before payment is due.

What area do you serve?

Embroidery & Threads serves Castle Rock, Colorado and surrounding areas. Orders are currently available for local pickup only.

How does local pickup work?

Consultations, item drop-off, and completed-order pickup are available by appointment at the owner's home studio at 3607 Desert Ridge Pl, Castle Rock, CO 80108. Contact the shop before visiting to confirm your appointment and instructions.

How quickly will I receive a response?

Please allow 24 to 48 hours for a response. Text is the preferred way to reach the shop at (720) 465-1414.

When is payment due, and which payment methods are accepted?

Payment is due when the order is placed. Venmo, Zelle, and cash are currently accepted. Applicable sales tax is added at checkout.

Can I cancel or return a personalized order?

Because each item is a special order made for you, cancellations and returns are not accepted. All sales are final.

How should I care for embroidered garments and fabric items?

For best results, wash the item inside out in cold water with mild detergent and like colors. Hang dry or tumble dry on low heat. Do not iron directly over the embroidered area.
